PTI members around the nation reacted angrily to the police raid on Zaman Park on Tuesday that resulted in the detention of former prime minister Imran Khan in Lahore. On rioting-related accusations, police detained scores of protesters in several places.
The Tehreek-e-Insaf activists violently protested in a number of cities, including Karachi, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Islamabad, and Peshawar. They yelled anti-government chants and stopped traffic, which put the public in a terrible situation.
PTI protest at 15 places in Karachi
Protests were held at more than 15 places in Karachi, including Dawood Chowrangi, Kemari, Lyari, Neti Jetty, Hub River Road, Banaras, Board Office in District Central, 4K Chowrangi, Rashid Minhas Road in District East, Sohrab Goth and District South. Due to the protest at Shaheen Complex, Tin Talwar, the citizens returning home from their offices in the evening lost their lives on the streets.
Police shelling at Hasan Square
Police arrested more than 30 PTI workers from Five Star, Hasan Square and Kemari. At the location of Five Star, Hassan Square, the police fired tear gas at the workers, which affected the protestors, including women workers.

Dharna in Hyderabad
In Hyderabad, Tehreek-e-Insaf workers staged a dharna at the bypass in front of the Wadhu Wah Gate and set fire to tires, suspending the traffic movement, and long queues of vehicles were formed.
Clashes between protesters and police in Peshawar
In Peshawar, PTI workers gathered in front of the Press Club and protested and later left for Assembly Chowk. Demonstrators broke the gate of the Red Zone in Peshawar, and Assembly Chowk became a battlefield.
Police arrested 15 activists in Islamabad

An armed vehicle and a sizable number of Islamabad police arrived in Faizabad to put an end to the PTI demonstration. No one will be permitted to protest, according to the Islamabad Police, and anyone attempting to obstruct the road would be detained.

Traffic block coming from Rawalpindi Murree Express Highway
Sadaqat Abbasi, a former Murree MNA, organised a protest at GPO Chowk against the police action at Imran Khan's home. PTI protestors stopped the main roadway by setting tyres on fire.
Due to protests, the Rawalpindi-Murree Express Highway was blocked, making it difficult for travellers to reach Murree. The PTI employees left Committee Chowk later when the cops showed up.
GT road closure in Gujranwala
In Gujranwala, PTI workers staged a dharna at Rahwali GT Road, while in Lucky Marwat, PTI workers blocked the Indus Highway at Gundi Chowk.
In Kamonki too, PTI workers came out on the streets, and protesters blocked Lahore and Gujranwala roads for all kinds of traffic.
